During Thanksgiving Weekend I attended the Medford Rifle and Pistol Club Annual Thanksgiving Weekend Gun Show where I was allowed to advertise upcoming Wes Knodel Gun and Knife Shows.
As a further attraction I brought our door prize display. We invited
participants to fill out door prize forms to help increase our mailing
list in that area and offer a chance to win the Calico which was on
display.
We did the drawing early in December and Robins name was drawn from over
50,000 entrants. Robin remarked "I have entered hundreds of drawings for
many years and haven't won anything". Her luck just changed.
Robin elected to upgrade from the .22 cal. carbine to a really cool 9mm
carbine with bells and whistles.
It was my pleasure to meet Robin and her husband Les. This couple are
familiar with firearms and now have a really cool, new and unique one.
My thanks to the Medford Rifle and Pistol Club for allowing us to
participate.
